The project concerns all required works in order to change an existing four storey hotel of 6,000 m2 total covered area at Anavissos, Attica, into office facilities and laboratories for relocation of Hellenic Centre for Marine Research, as well as surrounding area works in a plot of 20,000 m2 total surface.
